Roberto is a professional who studied in Brazil, England, the United States, and Italy, developing a strong international background.

With broad multidisciplinary and cross-sector experience — particularly in energy-related fields — Roberto advises clients on contract negotiations, interpretation, and conflict resolution, as well as on governance and compliance, providing expert support to managers and analysts.

In addition to transactional matters, Roberto conducts, collaborates on, and oversees corporate investigations and advisory work in compliance and integrity.

From 2018 to 2022, he taught courses on anti-corruption laws and corporate standards in Brazil.
