About Roberto di Cillo

Roberto di Cillo is a Brazilian-born legal professional and part-time legal tech executive with extensive experience in legal management and advisory roles. Admitted to practice law in Brazil after earning his LLB from the University of São Paulo and before earning his LLM from the University of Notre Dame, Roberto has built a career providing independent advice to external and internal clients from multiple countries on corporate/M&A, contracts, governance, integrity and sustainability matters.

While Roberto has worked across diverse sectors, his primary expertise lies in oil and gas services (including offshore drilling and FPSOs), energy transition, waste management, and technology.

A former Associate General Counsel of a major multinational corporation and Regional Compliance Officer, Roberto is a multilingual professional who brings first-hand experience both as in-house counsel and as an external advisor and as lecturer/professor, combining legal insight with a pragmatic understanding of business operations.
